Doorstep service fee & service zones
Any doorstep visit fee depends on your distance-based service zone and will be shown as part of your estimate, before you approve the repair. Your zone is matched by postal code and confirmed by VONIQ — not by an automatic live driving-distance calculation, since that would require a secure server-side integration this site doesn't have yet.
In-person repair
No doorstep fee applies when you bring your device to the VONIQ repair location instead of booking a doorstep visit.
Travel fee & surcharges
If your address is outside our core Winnipeg service area, an additional travel fee may apply and will be disclosed upfront.
Final repair price
Confirmed after inspection and before we proceed with paid work, covering parts, labour, doorstep/travel fees where applicable, and taxes.
Parts & labour
Parts type (new, aftermarket, or refurbished) is disclosed per repair before you approve the work.
Taxes
Applicable Canadian and Manitoba taxes are added to your final invoice.
